It is my proud privilege to serve the prestigious DAV institution as principal of the premier college in the region RR Bawa DAV College  for girls, Batala. Having taken over the responsibility of overseeing and managing this institution, I deem it as my duty and responsibility to steer the college to still greater  heights. DAV institutions have played a stellar role in reforming and refining the society and community with regard to orthodox and conformist ideologies and principles.    

            In pursuance of the ideals of our reveres Prime Minister, Sh. Narendra Modi ji , I think that our institution is cut out for task of skill formation among women so as to afford them opportunities  for self employment. This will instil huge amount of confidence and self determination among young girls to strive for a bright future for themselves and their families I would  also like to invoke the spirit of technocrats, industrialists and other professionals along with the society to work towards spreading education for the common people. It is the responsibility of the stake holders to join hands with the institution to fulfil its dream.
